Return & Refund Policy

At Adhovastra, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and underwear products, certain return restrictions apply for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Panties
• Briefs
• Intimate wear
• Opened lingerie products
• Used or washed products

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product received in damaged condition
• Manufacturing defect found
• Incorrect size delivered by our team

Return Request

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
• Refunds are generally credited within 5-10 business days.
• Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
